Soy sauce

Soy sauce
Essential sauce in oriental cuisine.
Essential for seasoning your ready-cooked dishes or marinades.

Ingredients:

Fermented soy sauce (soya seeds, wheat flour, salt), water, salt, sugar, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, spirit vinegar, preserving agent: sodium benzoate.

Advice:

In a small bowl, mix 6 soup spoons of soy sauce, 3 soup spoons of lemon juice, some garlic and finely chopped shallots and a dash of chilli purée.
Mix and serve with Cantonese rice or grilled meat.
